Lakeside Classic Books.com guarantees the condition of every item as it is described and sold. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return your purchase within 10 days of receipt of purchase for a full re-fund of the purchase price. We'll also re-fund shipping costs if the return was a result of our error.

CUSTOMER NOTE: Collections of books may not be returnable. In a collection of books there may be some books that are in better or worse condition than others. Because you are buying the collection does not mean that all books will be in the same condition. The condition we provide on our listing is the average of all the books as a collection. Please contact us before buying any collection that you require a certain condition grading on and we will provide you with an individual condition rating for each book within that collection.

All Returns:
To receive a re-fund for any Lakeside Classic Books.com purchase with which you are not satisfied, you must return the item to the address listed below. We recommend that you re-wrap the item in its original packaging for return shipment. Please include the packing slip and indicate the reason for return for fastest processing and shipping re-fund, if applicable. We will send you an e-mail to notify you of your re-fund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a re-fund in a check form within two to three weeks from our receipt of your return. Please note that we will re-fund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Late Returns:
Returns shipped more than 10 days after you receive an item will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. U.S. Returns (shipped to any U.S. address, via any method): Please re-wrap the item in its original packaging and ship to us via USPS Media mail. Please include the packing slip and indicate the reason for return for fastest processing and shipping re-fund, if applicable.
