To receive a re-fund for any Lakeside Classic Books.com purchase with which you are not satisfied, you must return the item to the address listed below. We recommend that you re-wrap the item in its original packaging for return shipment. Please include the packing slip and indicate the reason for return for fastest processing and shipping re-fund, if applicable. We will send you an e-mail to notify you of your re-fund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a re-fund in a check form within two to three weeks from our receipt of your return. Please note that we will re-fund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Late Returns:
Returns shipped more than 10 days after you receive an item will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
