Lakeside Classic Books.com guarantees the condition of every item as it is described and sold. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return your purchase within 10 days of receipt of purchase for a full re-fund of the purchase price. We'll also re-fund shipping costs if the return was a result of our error.

All Returns:
To receive a re-fund for any Lakeside Classic Books.com purchase with which you are not satisfied, you must return the item to the address listed below. We recommend that you re-wrap the item in its original packaging for return shipment. Please include the packing slip and indicate the reason for return for fastest processing and shipping re-fund, if applicable. We will send you an e-mail to notify you of your re-fund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a re-fund in a check form within two to three weeks from our receipt of your return. Please note that we will re-fund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Late Returns:
Returns shipped more than 7 days after you receive an item will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. U.S. Returns (shipped to any U.S. address, via any method): Please re-wrap the item in its original packaging and ship to us via USPS Media mail. Please include the packing slip and indicate the reason for return for fastest processing and shipping re-fund, if applicable.
